Please allow between 1-3 business days for order processing, prior to shipping.​

​Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, UPS has suspended their UPS Small Package Service Guarantee for all shipments to any destination, at all service levels. For the most up-to-date information, please visit www.ups.com.

Standard and Expedited Shipping  
We offer 4-6 day standard shipping, two-day and next-day expedited shipping at regular industry shipping rates, depending on the carrier. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Ordering deadlines vary for shipping options. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there is an error that falls under the responsibility of Crossroads Collective.

Local Pick Up
Order online & pick up at Crossroads Collective! We will communication with you through email, text message, and/or phone call, depending on the contact information you entered at checkout, as soon as your order is ready for pick up at Crossroads Collective!

Pick up days for orders placed: 
Monday - Thursday will be available the following day. 
Friday - Sunday will typically be available on Monday. 
Monday - Friday before 12pm may be available the same day.

Local Delivery
Our customers in the Lafayette area can enjoy the convenience of delivery right to their front door! We will deliver your order to the front door of your home on the next available delivery day! No-contact deliveries are made on your doorstep and followed up with an email or text message, depending on the contact information you provide at check out. 

Orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered on the following delivery day for your area. Orders over $25 deliver for free. 

Time Sensitive Deliveries
For time sensitive orders, we are more than happy to deliver on any day you need, just contact us to make a special request!  

Delivery days vary. For time sensitive orders, we are more than happy to deliver on any day you need, just contact us to make a special request! Regular deliveries will be made from 3pm - 6pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to 70501, 70503, 70506 and 70508, on Wednesdays to 70518, 70592 and 70555, and on Mondays to 70507, 70583, 70520.
